What this site stores
Without your consent, this site sets no cookies, uses no tracking and loads no third-party content. Your analytics choice is kept in your browser’s local storage (§ 25(2) TDDDG). Fonts are served from this server.
Audience measurement with Google Analytics
Only if you agree in the notice, this site uses Google Analytics 4 by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. Cookies are set and usage data (such as pages viewed, time on page, device, shortened IP address, approximate location) is sent to Google, including to the USA. Google is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. Google Signals and advertising features are turned off.
The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, § 25(1) TDDDG). You can withdraw it at any time via “Privacy settings” at the bottom of the home page; the cookies are then deleted. The data is deleted automatically after 14 months.
Server logs
When you open a page, the web server processes technically necessary data (IP address, time, requested page, browser identifier) to deliver the site and to prevent abuse. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. IP addresses are held briefly in memory to limit the number of requests and are not stored permanently.
Inquiry form
When you use the form, I process your name, email address, optionally your phone number and budget, and your message to answer your inquiry about buying the domain (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR, pre-contractual measures). The data is sent to me by email and deleted as soon as it is no longer needed for the inquiry, unless statutory retention periods apply.
I use Resend (Resend, Inc., USA) as a processor to send emails. Transfers to the USA are based on the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.
